Who we are
Intermountain CNM Shift Trade is a private, internal scheduling tool used by the certified nurse midwife staff group to post and trade clinical shifts. Access is limited to approved staff members.
Information we collect
- Your first and last name, used to identify you on the shift board.
- A mobile phone number, provided voluntarily by you, used only to send shift notifications by text.
- Shift activity you create in the app (shifts posted, claim requests, approvals, comments).
How we use your phone number
Your mobile number is used for one purpose only: sending you SMS notifications about shift activity you have chosen to be notified about (for example, a new shift posted, a claim request on your shift, or a decision on a request you submitted). You control these notifications on the Notifications page and can turn any of them off at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) strictly for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message frequency, rates, and opt-out
- Message frequency varies based on shift activity in your group.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop all text messages. Reply HELP for help.
- You can also disable text notifications inside the app on the Notifications page.
Data storage and security
Data is stored in an access-controlled database. Shift information is visible only to signed-in, approved staff members. Phone numbers are stored in a restricted table readable only by the account owner and are not displayed to other users.
Data retention
We keep your account and shift history for as long as you are an active member of the staff group. You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time by contacting us.
