Text message notifications
Intermountain CNM Shift Trade sends optional SMS alerts to approved staff members about shift activity — for example, “A new IMC AM call shift on Sep 3 was just posted” or “Your request to pick up the LDS clinic shift on Sep 9 was approved.”
- How you opt in: after signing in, you add your own mobile number on your Profile page and turn on the “Text” toggles on the Notifications page. No texts are sent unless you do both.
- How you opt out: reply STOP to any message, or turn the text toggles off in the app. Reply HELP for help.
- Message frequency varies based on shift activity. Message and data rates may apply.
- We never sell or share your phone number, and mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

About this service
Intermountain CNM Shift Trade is a private scheduling board used by the certified nurse midwife staff group to cover clinical shifts at IMC and LDS. Staff post shifts they cannot work, coworkers request to pick them up or trade, and the original owner approves the swap. It replaces group texts and shared spreadsheets.
